About Us

Celia’nor is led by her royal highness, the Royarch, and most esteemed under the stars, Illyria Ibarellan. Advising the Royarch, the Royal Council handles matters on her behalf, filling a variety of roles typically only of nobility and those elevated in their station through participation in the city's meritocracy. Beneath the Royal Council, the Noble Council deliberates on matters of policy, law, and more minor matters that are then brought before the Royal Council and the Royal Family for enactment. The Noble Council additionally handles and votes on the issues brought to it via the Leyusil Congress, a council of commoners and aristocracy working to improve the city. The city is divided into private businesses, public facilities, the Divadri (Military), and the Talyiinist Faith. The latter comprises numerous scholars, mages, artificers, hunters, and more, while the Divadri consists of the legendary Diraar, who mercilessly maintains law and order.

There are numerous opportunities for new guilds, orders, businesses, merchants and more to get involved with Celia’nor as they continue to grow - and further districts are being added to the city each passing year!

Among the children of Malin, the stories of the battle against Iblees may recall Malin’s arrows streaking through the night as if they were shooting stars. Even long after, many Mali wear crowns that gleam under the constellations as if by magic. 

Perhaps composed of that very same material, this Starsteel, when refined, demonstrates similar hardness, density and tensile strength comparable to that of ferrous alloys, mainly when adequately quenched and tempered. This precious material never rusts, tarnishes or suffers artificial wear from alchemy, even after centuries of neglect. Under the light of day or within the basked radiance of the moon, this material glistens with the light of distant stars and the moon's reflective light. It never fades with age.

2) Auction Sniping: Last-minute bids shall extend the auction's timer by up-to an Elven week.

3) By commenting negatively about the prices (overpaying/underpaying), you will be permanently excluded from all future auctions. The seller maintains the right to ignore bids from individuals for whatever reason. (OOC: Please don’t be a jerk about it.)

4) Minas will be paid first, and then the item shall be handed over.
