TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE REALM AND BEYOND,

Behold, the city of Blackspire. That is to say, our former marble jewel known as Whitespire has become habitable once more. Somewhat. Ash, soot, and other debris has blemished the city, though the flames have been extinguished. The interior of our properties have largely gone untouched. Despite the ruined state of the city, our citizens may freely return to their homes and their shops. Our royal bank, theatre, church and tavern have gone mostly unsinged as well. Make the most of our amenities.

 

We will recover from this strife. This, I promise. The nest of our people will rebuild. I thank all the volunteers who helped me in extinguishing most of the flames. What kindling remains will be uncovered and removed as things return to a sense of normalcy.
