Outside of a small town, fighting could be heard. The local guard were quickly overwhelmed, either slain or taken captive by Felsen Watch mercenaries. One of the survivors was put up for ransom.

 

 

A sketch was spread across the realm with a note attached to it stating as follows:

"A soldier of Numendil has been captured. He put up a good fight (PvP) and is currently being ransomed/auctioned for 50 Mina. If the ransom isn't paid in one and a half Saint hours, his eyes will be gouged out and his legs chopped off."
