THE MOST COMPASSIONATE OF KORVACZ, HERE TO SERVE.

 

WITHIN THE PAST DECADES, my love for the Kingdom of Haense and its bustling capital has reached peaks I thought were not possible. There is no other place I would make my home, nor any other place I would call my family with all they have given me and more. House Korvacz has risen to the occasion before, and shall do so again through me. In the name of prosperity and community, I, Lujza Korvacz, announce my intention to run for Grand Maer of New Valdev. 

 

As our newest generation of Haense grows, so too should our policies and influence. In my campaign and projects, I plan to equip our youth with the resources necessary to not only keep our legacy alive, but to let it thrive. I would reintroduce institutions that would benefit our youth, along with smaller projects and encouragements to ensure sure our older generations and careermen are not left wanting. I would work closely with my fellow Haeseni across the board to ensure we have a city not only led by Haeseni, but improving Haeseni lives.

❖‎ ㅤTHE EDUCATION OF THE YOUTH.

ㅤThere has been a terrible absence of Haense’s public education, and our schoolhouse goes unused. In my Maership, I would restaff the schoolhouse and establish a public curriculum for Haeseni youth who cannot find private tutors or mentors. The curriculum would focus on our history, skills that could assist them once older, and the faith of our nation.

 

ㅤIn building up our children’s skills, I would enlist the Royal Court and its offices, and in developing an in-depth knowledge of our faith, I would enlist the help of local churchmen, such as Father Alaric.

 

❖ㅤ‎ THE HOUSING OF THE YOUTH.

ㅤNew Valdev’s orphanage closed as quickly as it came for unforeseen circumstances, and I would aim to reestablish it. It would be within the safety of the city’s walls and furnished with everything needed for the development of our younger generation. To ensure their social growth, too, I would see the orphanage provide a communal space for all our children to socialize without threat of danger.

 

❖ㅤ‎ THE MAER’S FORUM LIVES ON.

ㅤThe Grand Maers before me held public forums to hear the issues and concerns of our citizens. Should I be elected Grand Maer, I will also hold these critical meetings in the Tipsy Tarchar a Saint’s Day before the Royal Duma to listen to anyone and everyone of Haense. I will act as the voice of the people in Duma.

 

❖‎ ㅤㅤTHE RETURN OF THE TASK BOARD.

ㅤWith our board in the square, there are many missives and updates posted. However, as Grand Maer, I would actively work towards reestablishing an active task board for the citizenry. There would be errands from the Maer’s office for mina or other rewards to enrich the capital’s economy. I would also encourage other citizens and our newly sanctioned Royal Guilds and Companies to provide errands so we can create a stronger sense of community and dependency on each other.

Vasilia Barrow could not yet read nor vote, but knew through the regaling of her elder brothers that Lujza Korvacz was a worthy candidate for Grand Maer.

With but a brief glance over the policies, Gavrila Godunov's expression curls into a delighted smile. "A Forum, a schoolhouse, housing... she knows what has to be done!" Gathering together a small handful of Pro-Luzja pamphlets, she endeavors to spread the word of this candidacy about the city of New Valdev.
