12th Conseille Municipal Meeting Note. Year 1998

Present were Bourgmestre Nicolas Wittenbach,  Conseillère Valerie Auclair.

The meeting was started by discussing recent meeting with church orderman as well letter from the crown concerning church matters and their support in fighting darkspawn attacks on chambery as well as fighting the undead threat in the lower caves. At this time church orderman have already been given full acces to the city as well as a recruiting stall to recruit new members for their order. In addition the city is looking forward to meeting with the new upcoming Bishop and working together with them and the church in finding solutions to the local problems.

The Second topic of discussion centered around the recent loss of Conseiller as Conseillère Caterina Adelina has stepped down and Conseiller Joa von Lepold has been away due to health now for several years. Thus the Conseille Municipal decided to open up new seats for candidates, which will be vetted and the chosen amongst the candidates to fill the empty seats. It was decided not to do an elections as we are outside the timeframe for regular elections, hence peoples will be chosen to sit on the Conseille and their term will end together with the others on the next regular election date.

The last and biggest topic centered around the Redquill College. It has already been a year since the disappearance of the Headmaster of the Redquill college who in his last statement moved the college to a new building inside the city and has since disappeared and not appointed a new Headmaster.  Upon closer investigation it has been found out that the college has no structures or rules set in place for such situation in finding a new headmaster to run it, in addition concerns were risen around the college. As such and with blessing of fellow guilds the Conseille Municipale has decided to invoke its rights as per the Constitutional Ordinances of Wittenbach Way, Article III Section 1) infringing upon the Redquill College guilds by having the City taking over its management temporarily while helping it to set itself up with a new headmaster and new structure and set off rules. An official announcement will be made for it detailing the whole process.

This concluded the meeting.
