As of current, LT Management feels as if the section regarding Mutants within Voidal Tears is already satisfactory. We do not want to encourage more Cursed Children clones [we already had Holy Blessed Children as an attempt], and the Tear lore provides this flavor already without any mechanical or minmax advantage.
