Targoth Rhak’Dom entrusts Druzz Goldtooth, Gobo Machinist, with the rights to a plot of land for the purposes of experimentation, the creation of an arsenal of siege engines, and the development of new Magical Weapons of Mass Destruction (MWMDs). He shall have the unabridged right to do whatever he pleases with this parcel of land so long as he obeys instructions from the Rexkhan Daahd’Lur and Targoth Rhak’Dom. This shall be referred to as the Krughattan Doctrine.
