It is with heavy heart that House Kortrevich release an official statement on the status of our eldest daughter and heiress, Lady Karlotta Stefaniya Kortrevich (@MunaZaldrizoti) . On the eve of the 8th of Vzmey ag Hyff, our daughter sent a letter addressed to us with a message that we did not expect, but decided to respect. She has pursued a life of the outdoors and exploration, leaving home without saying another word. It is our hope that our dearest daughter returns to us safely, as that is our utmost priority.

 

The message in the letter was clear: Our Birdie did not want to be caged, and so she left the nest. Though it breaks our hearts to accept, we know the pressures of ruling are not fitted for everyone. In order for our family to continue to thrive as it has for the last twenty-six years, the heir must be one that is driven to succeed and excel.

Despite the dire news, there is hope for the next generation after us. All of our children are uniquely talented individuals who will love and care for the family, maintain its rich traditions, and cultivate their future ambitions. We see that everyday as we grow older.

 

Our eldest son and second born child, Lord Andrei Otto Kortrevich (@Gandhi), exhibits these qualities and much more as he soon enters a life of manhood. In short, our Little Knight has made us proud. Therefore, Andrei shall herein be elevated as the rightful heir to the County of Jerovitz, Viscounty of Krusev, and Barony of Koravia and shall succeed the mantle of leading the Koravian peoples upon our deaths or abdication.

 

May God bless and protect our children,  may the light preserve House Kortrevich, and may our daughter come home to us safely.

A soft whimper escaped from the young Primrose as she heard the news of her eldest Sestra's leaving, a soft murmur of prayer escaping from her lips. "Stay safe mea birdie, ea hope to see vy again." She'd chime out in hope. Esfir's fingers drummed atop her desk. Though she was distant from her homeland and extended kin, there was a pang of her chest - of solidarity, as an eldest daughter and one whom had shouldered many of her own burdens. After minutes of deliberation, a letter was penned, though its destination and way of finding its recipient was unclear. 

 

Once the letter was sent, the Countess sank back in her chair and exhaled, praying silently for her niece. Should she desire such, there was always another home available to her.
