It has been well over 70 years since the duty of leading House Stafyr was passed onto me by my father, the 25th Lord of House Stafyr.

I have diligently fulfilled my duties through wars, conflicts and peace. Now during this time of peace and prosperity for the Commonwealth and my House, it is time to pave the way for a new generation. As my age progresses I shall no longer be able to fulfil my duties wholly, therefor I decree:

My son and rightful heir, Symon Morris Stafyr, has proven himself ready and worthy to inherit the Viscounty of Falkenstein, the Barony of Feldkirch and lead House Stafyr. This publication acts as an official announcement of abdication and shall be valid once published.

Her Excellency, Katrin I. Erkya Stafyr,
Grand Treasurer of the Petra, 26th Lord of House Stafyr

The Honourable, Symon II. Morris Stafyr,

Viscount of Falkenstein, Baron of Feldkirch,
27th Lord of House Stafyr, Deputy Treasurer of the Petra,
True Blade of Saint Emma

Her Ladyship, Elsie Katharina Stafyr,
Viscountess-Consort of Falkenstein, Baroness-Consort of Feldkirch

Symon sat within Rhosynsburg, his son fast asleep by his side on the couch. He idly ran a hand over his shoulder, reading over the abdication. The new Viscount's gaze found itself on his son, his voice was only a murmur as he spoke: "Ich will do everything Ich can for du, for everyone."

"I should pen her a letter.. it has been far too long since we have met and conversed, properly." Spoke a far away Temesch from the southern shores of the continent, the missive finding itself upon his desk as he looked upon it favourably. "Or at least to congratulate her on her retirement."
