[!] The following Missive would be posted inside the Celia'diraar Barracks, the town square of the capital and distributed to the allied nation of Celia'nor 

 

Let it be know that the individual know as Sakaar is wanted by the Celia’diraar to stand trial for the following crimes: 

 

Celia’norian Law - Civil Law.I.I.I - In light of the heinous crime of being revealed as an entity of darkspawn, unless willing to undergo cleansing and return to the likeness of average mortality, the law hereby decrees that any figure of darkened origins shall be met with public execution before the eyes of the populace, carried out by the honorable hand of the Diraar.

 

Celia’norian Law - Civil Law.II.II.I - In adherence to the stringent statutes of Celian Law against the grievous offense of harassment, continuous verbal assaults, whether delivered through persistent confrontations or insidious correspondence through letters, shall not escape censure. Such infractions shall incur a penalty ranging from 75 to 200 mina, commensurate with the severity and egregiousness of the harassment deemed by the acting Diraar. 

 

Celia’norian Law - Civil Law.II.IV.I - By decree of the Crown and under the absolute and unwavering authority of Celia'nor's sacred laws, any person found guilty of the heinous crime of attempted murder shall be subjected to the following punishments: a levy of three hundred mina as a fine, and the severance of both hands, for they sought to use these very instruments to unlawfully take the life of another. This stern measure serves as an indelible reminder of the inviolable sanctity of life within our hallowed realm and the severe repercussions that befall those who dare transgress against it.
 

Celia’norian Law - Civil Law.II.V.I - Under the absolute dominion of Celian Law, any individual suspected of the grievous act of attempted kidnapping shall be swiftly apprehended and brought to trial before a Martial Court, convened at the behest of the Diraar. Should the accused be found guilty of the aforementioned crime, they shall be condemned to pay a fine of 150 mina and endure 15 public lashings before the assembled citizenry, as penance for their transgressions.

 

Celia’norian Law - Civil Law.II.VI.I - Should any individual be found under suspicion of assault or violent transgression against another, they shall be apprehended forthwith and subjected to immediate incarceration, followed by a martial trial. Upon the finding of guilt by the verdict of the Mordu'lar or the presiding authority, the offender shall suffer the forfeiture of their hands, and one eye as a symbol of their violent dishonor. Moreover, they shall be fined the sum of 200 mina and shall serve three years in probationary service to the Church of Talynnism, offering their labor in penance for their unforgivable act.

 

The individual in question can often be seen wearing grey plate armor. Without armor he is assumed to have dark brown hair, and is believed to be a human. He is known to use disparaging language to other races and is a vampire. It is advised that all that attempt to apprehend him be cautious with your approach. We wish to see this individual to stand trial and ultimately executed for his crimes against descendant kind.

Darkwood stared it as she scuffed this had taken way too long.

"You were warned about them a while back.. but once more onky take action once others are at threat? Kidnapped is a new one.. perhaps I should mentioned threatening of a guard and this would had been sped up.."
