TO OUR BELOVED SUBJECTS,

 

Due to the unsustainable cost in maintaining the settlements located upon the Isla de Diamant, the House of Vuiller has since relocated from their former holdings to the mainland. The Crown recognises these dire circumstances alongside the steadfast loyalty of the Duke of Aquiliae, Sir Marcel Vuiller, and his household. 

 

Thus, the House of Vuiller is hereby granted the land encompassing Lothar’s Hold, now recognised as the Duchy of Aquiliae and once held by the family during the reign of King Adrian I. We entrust them to serve as its stewards and to maintain order, in service to the Crown and the Kingdom.
