Rather simple flyers were sent out to various Nations and Settlements, and a small mark of Caecic, that only the blessed blind could read was present under the signature, along with more text on the back.

I am writing this for old acquaintances and those interested in pursuing scholarly work, protecting a place of knowledge and research, or helping develop such an institution with either construction assistance or donating books, to make a new Dragur Library, for the safekeeping of various knowledge and provide a place for research on current events happening within the world so nothing is lost. So far a small collection has already been amassed, along with funds to be used for the acquisition of land and other expenses, and schematics that need some light work that would serve as the foundation of the many facets of this Library. Should any of this interest you or you wish to get back in contact with me regarding this, send me a letter and we can arrange a time and place to speak, I look forward to getting in contact with those interested.
