I write this as the second volume of the Knights compendium, as I research into the Knights of the Order of the Stallion alongside those who were knighted before the order was formed. Each volume will include three Knights, their known deeds and monikers.

Ser Cirilla “the Fangbreaker”

Ser Cirilla Fontesar ‘the Fangbreaker’ - 1980 to current

@_mady07

Ser Cirilla Fontesar was born as Señorita Cirilla Zafrios in an outlying farming village of Hyspia. One of three children, she had set out at an early age for the capital to make a name for herself, holding many ambitions. It was during a time of turmoil that the then child-Sovereign Xiomara I had assigned Cirilla as a squire to the child Knight, Ser Julian - thus beginning what is now known as the Cirillan Squire Trials within the Order of the Stallion.

For all intents and purposes, she had been the first Squire and undergone many trials and tribulations as the path to the Order being founded took place. Cirilla is scrappy, her street smarts and cunning making a name for herself early on.

She partook in endless fights, internal and external, setting precedent for all Squires to come after her. It was in her final trial that she slain a giant snake within the Badlands, presenting its fang at the next court, of which had to be carried by many people.

It was there that she was knighted under Xiomara I and dubbed Ser Cirilla “the Fangbreaker”.

Ser Leomonte “the Sunblade”

Ser Leomonte ‘the Sunblade’ - 1971 to current

@Leomonte

Ser Leomonte is a man who had not hailed from Hyspia originally but instead a far-away continent. He had moved to the Sovereign State, serving for many years within the military before ever being given a chance at Squireship. Despite his origins, he is well-known to be a Hyspian nationalist.

Known for his fiery hair and loud mouth, Ser Leomontes relationships with the people ranged wildly. He held no room for those who would not take up the blade, and put his own life and at times his families on the line to assure the safety of the royal family.

These notions were showcased many times, when facing off with banditry, declaring duels on behalf of the Sovereign and seeing to the safety of the people.

It was at the most recent court that he was knighted, the same day he had been named Capitan of the Orden de Francisco. Orcs had raided the city beforehand and he launched a rescue raid to see to it that the citizens kidnapped were returned safely home. He was then dubbed, Ser Leomonte “the Sun blade”.

Ser Emil del Maravilla ‘the Iron-Wing’ - 1982 to current

@johnnydeath6

Ser Emil, originally Emil Tejada was born a common man with no background. His steps were silent, appearing throughout the city on his daily patrols as he steadily worked his way up through the military. Rarely known for grand gestures, he made quite the splash at El Puente, upon dedicating a constructed bridge to his now wife, the Baroness Vania del Maravilla.

A family man, his time had often been spent caring for his work for and children or within the smithy, his second-love. While the Squire often kept silent, the ringing sounds of a hammer would come from the bastion, seeing to the proper arming of the military.

Coming to be known by many names and terms, his fight for the safety of the citizenry was endless. He had been knighted under Sovereign Xiomara I at the most recent court, and with his demeanor kept in mind, was given the moniker of Ser Emil “the Iron-Wing”..
