It has been a full Saints Year since my election as president of the Northern Geographical Society.

During this time, I have overseen the reconstitution of the Society under the Celestial Trust, our relocation to Petra, and the flourishing of Chambery. Now I have accomplished everything I could have hoped to do as president, I hereby announce my retirement.

When I look back on my tenure, I recall these three particular achievements which fill me with immense satisfaction.

First, the compilation and publication of the Corpus Aegia. This was an unparalleled historical discovery the likes of which has never happened before and will never happened again.

Second, the founding of the city of Chambery, which has grown into a beautiful city and welcoming home, not only for our flagship museum but for many others beyond it.

Third, the organization of the library and the appointment of Gummy as Librarian, whose tireless dedication has significantly expanded our collection and enriched our mission.

As President Emeritus I will continue to serve the NGS as advisor and historian, recording perspectives and documenting current events for future record.

According to our bylaws, nominations for the presidency will remain open for one week. Should multiple candidates emerge, I will select two finalists, and an election will determine the next leader of our esteemed Society.

Thank you for an unforgettable Saints' Year,
