On the matter of the new Trial of the Chosen:

The Trial of the Chosen must be undertaken before a warrior may ascend to the esteemed rank of Auserwal. Within this trial, the warrior’s expertise is put to the test under the scrutiny of a soldier bearing the rank of Leutnant or higher. The assessment is grounded in key measures: confidence upon the field, spatial awareness in the heat of combat, and, above all, mastery of their chosen weapon. Reinmar’s Chosen stand as an elite force within the Host, and thus, each aspirant must prove themselves worthy of this prestigious rank through skill, discipline, and unwavering resolve.

On the matter of Banners in Wartime:

Banners of each tribe may be worn with pride, serving as a symbol of heritage, unity, and the honor of one's people. These banners stand as a testament to the history and strength of each tribe, carried into gatherings and upon the field as a mark of identity. To preserve the clarity and distinction of these symbols, only one banner is permitted per tribe, ensuring that no confusion arises regarding allegiance or representation.

The Bannermen, as per their role in the Host, must bear only the banner of the Host. Should they wish their tribe represented, another member of it may carry their tribal banner.

On the matter of Uniforms:

Alteration of the uniform is not permitted under any circumstance, for it stands as a symbol of the integrity and discipline of the Host. At no time shall any individual don the uniform of a rank above their own, as such deceit undermines the established order and the respect due to hierarchy.

For the Unblooded, the uniform is to be worn solely when acting in the name of the Host, a reflection of their role and duties within its ranks. When clad in our armor, you stand as a representative of the Host, and actions shall reflect upon us all. Thus, it is not to be worn beyond the bounds of official duty, that the honor and dignity of the Host be ever upheld.

"The stripping of Landser? That was a historic name!" Theodemar protested, squinting intensely at the parchment before him.
