It pleases the Principate to elevate our loyal servants, Ser Meili Altwegg and Lady Arya Altwegg nee Alstion, of the House of Altwegg, the title Margrave Avistra. Upon them is a hereditary responsibility of status, and all expectations of fealty and humility of the Ivori Patrizier. The Crown recognizes the House Altwegg for their many years of service to the Ivori people, and have determined them worthy of this elevation in light of whole steadfastness to Alaric's Creed and adherence to the True Faith. We pray that they uphold this station and mandate under the watch of the Lord GOD and His Vicar.
