Issued by the Grand Steward of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan

“To Ragni Redbeard

By the authority of the office of the Grand Kingdom, you are summoned to appear before the Grand Kingdom of Urguan to answer for the breach of contract regarding the construction on your assigned land.

It has come to the attention of the Grand Steward, that you have constructed a castle on a 50x50 plot of land, despite the contractual agreement between yourself and Grand Steward Bostone Grimgold stating that the land was to be used for a standard farmhouse valued at 30 mina, the permitted build size for that price is a space of 25x25. This act constitutes a direct violation of Section VII, Art.8 and Art. 10 of The Grand Kingdom’s Codex of laws; 

Section, VII

Article 8; Tax Evasion: 30 mina to a plot build of 50x50 is a Third-degree crime.

Article 10; Unlicensed Construction: Build out of code with established rules is a Third-degree crime.

 

You are ordered to present yourself before the Grand Kingdom at the soonest possible assembly to explain this violation and answer for your actions. Failure to appear will be considered admission of guilt and may result in penalties, including but not limited to fines, land repossession, or further legal action as deemed appropriate by the Grand Kingdom’s authority.
