This was the second missive of disownment Einin had read this week. It only made her more worried.- could choosing such a side- her side, lead to someone’s own mother ridding their child as if they never even knew them? 
 

Was her side so horrible? Her nation, her people, that it was such a sin to join it that a man made be casted aside by their own blood, a mother could not love their child any longer?

 

It seemed so cruel. Einin did not understand. 
 

What point was blood if not to be thicker than all else?
