Dear people of Hanseti-Ruska and allies. I am writing to you today to spell something out for you; you are not safe. I had little interest in this war until now, in fact, I felt pity for many of you, but now you have personally brought my family pain, and now I will bring it to you one hundredfold. Look to your riverways, they will be filled with the blood of your fishermen and pioneers, I will haunt them like a rabid flounder, brutally ending the lives of your kinsfolk one by one. Nor will I act with honour, for the honourless deserve nothing less than guile and shadows. I will follow only one law, not the law of your land, nor the law of my land, but the law of the sea. You will be brought down, damned to the Locker. 

 

The rivers shall run red, and the oceans will feast on your bones. I expect you to flee like wee minnows in a net, you are cowards, fighting only when you have an advantage. Try and kill me, try and stop me from enacting this vendetta of mine, I dare you.
