What circumstances led to this ban?

I remember the ban initially being a 3-month ban, to my knowledge? It was pugzying, I lost my cool a while back on the server and tried to pvp-kill a dude for taking my items. That was pretty stupid of me, not gonna lie. It's been a while since then, but I basically had some real bad mental health from irl issues going on at the time and let them spread on line. I've tried to make amends with some people I knew back in the day afterwards and generally have just really improved my mental health a lot now, with my current irl situation. I think the initial ban was totally justified and I got my time done. I can avoid the issues pretty easily by just not pugzying and being a better player in general, which if this is the first server to be generous enough to let me back, I'll be super committed to that.

Are there aspects of the ban you agree and/or disagree with?

I disagree strongly with the indefinite part. Basically, I was already banned previously from the discord and server for the pugzying, to my knowledge. Had some drama with some groups, but nothing crazy happened immediately after. I wasn't online to receive an indefinite ban and I legitimately don't know why I have it. I've tried emailing for over a year at this point and haven't got any response, so I'm just trying to see what I can do to get this fixed.

I know the indefinite ban wasn't deserved, because I wasn't on the server or anything associated with it at the time, because I was dealing with my pugzy ban. There was no way I could've done anything to receive it, since I was already forced off anyway for 3 months. At least, I'd like to get information on why I got it anyway, but I assume I might've been mixed up with somebody else? I have no clue, but that's just my pov.

What motivates you to return to LOTC?

I wanna return to LOTC mostly because I think I've changed enough over the years, developed my mental health a lot more, and generally have become a better person. I think I'm ready to come back, have tried to make amends where possible and respect boundaries of others. The initial ban has already been served by a longshot, and since this new ban was done when I wasn't online or interacting with the server, I think its time to appeal it.

If this is denied for being an admin ban, still, I'm totally willing to email, but the email doesn't work and I've tried for over a year. If you DM/friend my discord, I'm willing to share my email screenshots to prove it.

Also, the reason why I'm appealing on the forums, especially regarding the email, is that I tried to multiple times and I can provide screenshots of the emails I sent to the required server email. None of them were answered. I tried both the listed email here and the one listed in my ban message. It has been over a year without a response. I have three more emails, each from weeks to months apart since my initial ban date, and haven't gotten a response.
