was conscious of this from conception, didn't want people to feel like they can't enjoy the map if their hardware is a bit dated, so it's been designed to be kind on both clients and the server resources

the more generic/ambient weather effects that use particles/sounds are all toggleable per person at any time :) (other than lightning, which wont have any performance impact at all)

so if anyone gets tired of them, or is getting distracted, they can disable them with one command <3
