To those Soltée in treason, let it be known that I, Llora Soltée, Am disappointed to those who committed something without consulting me as the head of this talonnii. I yield to the occupation of Cauróst and the Lord Governor Galar. All those of my bloodline who reject these simple terms shall consider themselves DISOWNED and If deciding to make things worse then i will leave it all up to those who wish to punish them.

Galar orders that a gift be sent to the Soltée Matriarch to commend her for her decisive action, thus displaying sound reason and judgement. Furthermore, he confirms that the Soltée estate will be protected by Caurost and that all members of the Talonii who cooperate with the governing authority will be accepted with open arms, while those who resist will meet the force of order and stability.
