Let it be known, by authority of the Crown and under the hand of His Royal Majesty, King Tiberias the First, that Coenraed van Aert, Duke of Blackvale, is hereby elevated to the esteemed rank of Prince.

 

By this decree, the Principality of Blackvale is established, and all lands, titles, and rights therein are granted to now Prince Coenraed to govern and administer, in loyal service to His Majesty. With this elevation come all privileges, honors, and responsibilities befitting a Prince, to be exercised with wisdom, justice, and strength. By the virtue and light of the Lord GOD, it is in our hopes that the Principality of Blackvale may thrive.
