To the Denizens of Cauróst,

 

Where a flourishing Princedom demands that the people meet the needs of the Crown, too must the Crown strive to meet the needs of the people. As such, the Ivory Crown hereby decrees the hosting of an Eldertide, where the people are invoked to air their grievances, needs, and forthcoming desires on the condition of our beloved realm. Those unable to attend are permitted to issue a written, public statement, to be addressed during the summit regardless of attendance.
