No tears, only a confused, wide-eyed stare as the news is shared with the eldest daughter of the young Glennmaer brood. The gravity of the situation doesn't seem to tug at her - this being her first encounter with death. It is not until her own Ommi's wails are heard that it seems to dawn on her that her Jadda is truly gone. All Lunete can do is wrap her small arms around her mother, tears streaming down a mirrored set of blue doe-eyes, hoping for some relief for both of their aching hearts.

Malna sat there, reading the letter. There wasn't much to say, or much to speak about. Anne was a close friend, someone Malna cared about more than life at times. At this point, she did regret not talking more... That was her problem when her friends got older... Always regret.

 

"I'll have a picnic sometime." It was all she said... There would be a time for crying, for grief and wailing, but after was the numb calmness that she always felt as her portrait ended up on her wall.
