A CALL FOR OKARIR’AKALN

Master of Coin

 

To the Blessed Citizens of Haelun’or,

 

The Motherland calls for a new Master of Coin; someone who will tend to the paperwork of taxes, and resurrect our economy. They shall be the trademaster, the organiser of mercantile trade, and the one who seeks a prosperous Silver State.

 

I seek the savvy mali’thill, the one with connections and the one who wishes to see fruition of our works; One who acknowledges the mastercrafts of our people and the best way to connect the community through it.

 

For this task, I have set the following Directives:

1. New Business Benefits: To swipe away the shops unused and unhoused, and call for new businesses to move in, taking special interests in the tailors, the alchemists and those capable of enchantments. They shall receive generous tax breaks should their shop be housed and stocked regularly.
2. Kaliri'irham | Industry Celebration: To institute an annual or bi-annual event, wherein all creators, authors and peddlers are invited to our dockyard. Where foreign powers are offered to come and trade and intermingle with the Motherland, and see our crafts. Their role shall be to manage this how they see fit; to create auctions, to hire out new stalls and on whom to invite to our Silver State each event.
3. Opening of the Mines: Too long have our mines been locked and privatised to simply the State, for this reason the Okarir’akaln shall hold privilege in managing the keys and authorisations for the mines, and shall be the figure that the curious are directed to should they desire accessing it.
