ark, and to those sons of Horen to whom these presents shall come, Greetings. We, Roger, Prince of all the Savoyards and of Ulmsbottom, Archduke of Drusco, right patriarch of the House of Ashford, and most dutiful servant of His Imperial Majesty, have deemed fit to set forth this summons for the good of the realm, in the year of the Feast of Godfrey - 2038.

Whereas, by decree of His Imperial Majesty, oure beloved realm has been raised to the dignities of Archduchy; and whereas Crown and Scepter have been placed into our charge, together with the care of the Midden and the welfare of its manifold Houses and peoples; so too has oure charge expanded, and with it the need for just and steadfast governance. Thereby let it be known that We, by virtue of the authority entrusted unto us, do hereby summon those Houses and Families who have pledged their unwavering fealty to our Princely coronet into a Forum, the subject of which shall be: THE LAW ON LAND AND TENURE. Those called upon are expected to attend oure call at the Castle Waldemer on the 15th of Harren’s Folley, in the year of Oure Lord, 2038.
