i am looking for a small home or plot that costs $5000 and under (but it can be more) that could have enough room for three people because me and my two friends dont feel safe living in the wilds all the time. it will have to be big enough to have the preferred amount of at least three different rooms. and it has to be somewhere that all three of us can go because i am a human, and then my friends are a dwarf and an orc. hopefully im not asking for too much but it would be nice if it could have chest protections for us too.

I can sell you two or three plots that are ten blocks wide and ten blocks long, for 600 minas each, depending on your desire of room. The land is not protected, but I am a professional locksmith and can lock your doors and chests for free of cost. ((PM me if you are interested))

I have some rooms for rent, and sale, in the centre of Al'Khazar. Every room has one double chest and a single one ((All locked)), a bed, a crafting table and a furnace.

There also are some nice books to read in some bookshelves, and it has a nice fireplace near the door.

The rent is 300 minas per room every few months ((RL week)), or you can buy a room permanently for 1300 minas.

Im currently building a very beautiful village all medieval themed. Has a lovely lake running through the middle which creates a lovely river bank farming area that brings real colour the the area. It's currently in building stages and is only being built by me so progress isn't as fast as it could be. But once it's finished I may be able to supply you with a very nice house free of charge. The area isn't protected but I can lock chests so don't really need area protection. All though the 'Orc' is not welcome.

Look for the building carved out of the side of the mountain.

We have small rooms starting at 1000 that can be used to upgrade to a larger room later. Comes with full protection.
