Virtuism

The Act of Right & Good

 

Virtuism is the practice of “True Good” or “The True Right”. These practices are seen as an act of pacifism and social martyrdom to find true peace and true salvation away from politics. These practices are to be not brought upon but taught to those willing. Through the six practices of Virtue, or the Six Serene Occurrences, members of Virtue will not lead a group or family but a genuine act of true social acceptance. An example of this could be accepting those who wish to change the ways of their violence and lead into a light of care and acceptance to others. Practicing the arts of Magic and Spiritualism will not affect the path as long as it assists and provides for the society as a whole and does not condone the violence, disruption or harm of descendants. 

 

The Six Serene Occurrences

 

Throughout the hearts of descendants and the beasts who roam alongside them, there is a common occurrence amongst those with genuine Virtue in their hearts. These occurrences are Temperance, Charity, Diligence, Kindness, Patience, and Humility. 

 

Temperance 

The Act of Self Control and Moderation. 

To deny the thoughts of pleasures and desires, Temperance is a path of Virtuism an individual can take to rid themselves of the inhuman desires the Ill-Speaker leaks into the mind. Through resisting the temptation, a member on the Path of Temperance must complete a ritual of denying themselves the daily small habits they must. If they even attempt to loophole the desire, the clock will repeat. For several weeks, a member of Temperance will not spend their money unless to provide for the minimal food they will use and the shelter amongst their head, begin a fasting journey, and to indulge in the practice of knowledge and study. A topic to what the heart wishes to know, it can be any from the writings of Yore or the Canon scrolls. 

 

Charity

The Act of Loving One’s Self to One’s Neighbor, and To Love the True Creator and his Children.

To love not just yourself but those around you, to also indulge in the study of the Creator or the Deities of Descendants to grow closer to his never-ending worship and love he has provided to us. Loving one’s neighbor is to break the bridge of hate you have for a certain group of people or to understand the path they chose. Although you are researching their reasons, you are not to forcefully guide or persuade them into the right direction but to acknowledge them. The sentiment of denying a race or group less fortunate than you is of sin and hate in one’s heart brought by the ill-speaker. The Path of Charity is one of the popular paths, due to the ease it brings to one’s soul. To partake in this path, they are to not just give charity to the less fortunate or to the churches and temples of God or to the spirits they believe in, but to assist in community and show the love for the people you are amongst. 

 

Diligence

The Act of Responsibility and Persistence.

To care for your own efforts and your own responsibilities as an individual within a society. The Path of Work is a path for those with the spirit to find themselves through hard efforts and suffering to achieve a goal. These goals are not all bad or good, but to accept your responsibilities as an individual and to work for the betterment of your people or your society is a case of such a path. However, not all goals will align with the Path of Responsibility, but only those with true hard work or through pacifist means. 

 

Kindness

The Act of Caring and Love.

To care or to express genuine love - concern for someone is the basic step of Empathy of any descendant. However, due to times of war and great sorrow, Kindness is often forgotten in exchange for hostile or aggressive positivity. Note, not all Kindness is GENUINE. The Serene Occurrence of Kindness is only achieved through genuine feeling from the bottom of a descendant’s soul. If an individual is unable to feel genuine concern for another, the ability to learn and or cope with such a loss will benefit them in the long run. The act of Studying Kindness will assist for future endeavors. Others can fake kindness but a good way to find genuine kindness is through the acceptance of past and present and the act of looking forward to the future, however grim it may be. Positivity and Kindness align almost like a missing piece of a puzzle, although different. 

 

Patience

The Act of Waiting.

To wait in Patience without frustration has been demanifested through descendants for generations, some unable to wait even in line at a Bakery or to fill out paper work at the Bank. Patience is the understanding that time is an endless and unrelenting occurrence and a force unable to be broken. A good way to understand or to experiment with patience is to perform the act of watching “Paint Dry”. A member on the path of Patience shall begin the process of painting a wall or large canvas with a sizable amount of paint. When completed with the painting, they must sit a chair or stand individually in front of the canvas to watch the adhesive or substance dry. They may not move or fall asleep, they may read a book but once that book is finished, they must continue watching the drying effect. If the act is achieved without loopholes or deviating from the process, they will experience a new perspective of time and essence and how unchanging it is. 

 

Humility

The Act of Estimation and Self-Worth. 

To estimate your worth compared to the time and world around one’s self. To equal yourself with others and to not see yourself above a certain class and group. Similar in concept to Charity, the Act of Humility is to think in a perspective of the person or group of people you see disliked or repressed by a power or entity. The Path of Humility is not one of challenges and is quite easy to master, understanding your self worth and comparing it to others will open a new perspective and opportunities to others. You might be more fortunate, but what of the others around you?

 

 

Conclusion & Pure Explanation from Author

As a side note for those curious, I am a Pacificist amongst the living of descendants. An individual who wishes to deviate from the common path that many like I have taken. The path of thinking you are in the right is different from BEING right or just. Justice is a term most fascinating to descendants, the definition of justice can be changed or manipulated due to such a factor of its various definitions. The Act of Virtuism is to give enlightenment to those sick of violence and disgusted in the ways many communicate, dissuade and destroy. This practice does not go against any other religious or deific practice but only against social norms as a way to look and think differently about life. 

 

Do not take this as heresy or occultism, take it as a form of mannerism and assistance in viewing life differently.
