Caterer Needed

I am seeking a Caterer to provide food, beverages and servers for the reception of a Knighting Ceremony. There will need to be four buffet stations (food in chests) to eliminate crowding with enough food to feed 30 people per station; four servers wandering through the crowd offering drinks (RP offering drinks, not real drinks). I will also require 16 cakes (4 at each station) for dessert. Tents will be provided for each of the four stations.

The event reception is to be held on the lawn, just outside the Alrasian Council Chamber in Alras on (IRL Date/Time: Saturday, October 29, 2011 at from 8:30 to 9:30 PM ET -500 GMT). You will be required to set up 60 minutes prior to the reception (7:30 PM ET) where I will inspect your presentation and staff.

Please present your bid in writing (PM me) along with the menu, the total cost and information about you or your business. Once I have received at least three bids I will be making my selection based on, if I think you can actually deliver, menu and cost.
