My report to Promote Hayden

Well having even two captains is stupid yet we have two captains so why not three?

I agree , Hayden has always been in the guard for the whole time I have been in Oren and that is quite a while. Hayden always helps the people and is one of the only guards who actualy guards , in my opinion the choice to make Eze'Kiel captain was poor. Hayden has been in the guard for a very long time and is one of the best and I believe he deserves Eze'Kiel's spot

[Two Captains isn't stupid, we need a leader around. And a Captain can't be around at all times. So I have one captain of the GMT timezone. And one of the EST timezone.] * Smiles. Hayden is border line for promotion. He has only a few more qualities to for-fill before I give him the nod. His commitment is of a level of a High Constable never mind Captain, but I need to see more of the leadership qualities within him, Captain is a huge role to take on. I feel at the moment I'm taking to much leadership in the guard and would like to be able to step back and let Hayden step in and do more leadership roles.[Which i'm sure he can do with his brilliant commitment.]. To be Captain he is not the one making suggestions of what call to take on a situation, he is the one making them. I will of course continue my overlook and continue to lead the Military. Just less of an over-active role I feel I have. Hayden, is getting there. I do have the problem of having 3 Captains? I won't be doing that. Too many high ranked officers can cause a downfall. Ill think about it

Hayden's commitment is a bit better than what I have seen of you Felix, as far as I see it when the Orcs and Dwarves stormed the palace etc, Non of the guards were at the gate, all of the just watching the Al'Khazar seige and yet one person stood out and it was Hayden he actually stopped the charge or slowed them down while Felix was up in the palace have biscuits and tea, No offense Felix just based on evidence and facts, Our defenses were terrible and Hayden brought leadership to the mindless guard sitting around and it would of gone a lot worse if he had'nt been there.

So I will be stepping aside, and there will be a vacancy to be filled. We also have another captain who no one has yet to see, the likelihood is that he will be replaced also...

So in my opinion, I expect Hayden to be stepping up to the plate soon :)

Hayden is a lieutenant, his job is to step into the fray when the lesser guards have fleed. Felix is the High Constable and was certainly NOT 'having tea and biscuits' at the time.

I was just about to fight the Lord Marshall when a cease was called, I was ontop of the southern walls ready to pounce down below when the cease was called. [Pvp Turned Off] Then, I ran up to the Keep and quickly shut the gate on them as they tried to storm the keep [Then some idiot glitched it open hsing the block delay].You claim of facts and evidence yet I see none before me. Yet I have the Lord Marshall to back me up on my statement, who do you?

Your terrible leadership as Knight Commander was reflected from the Knights and led the King to releasing you, I think you need

to take a look at your own faults before critising oters.

And Tamara, where were you on that day? I didn't see you alongside me men at the main gate, nor did I see you at the Keep.
