Recently, I was kicked out of an inn I had been with since the start, however, I saw this as a sign form the creator! that I do not need to be part of something I am not, and decided, it was time I had my own residence, but then a friend of mine decided to join in on the deal...

((basically, I'm looking for a home either in or very near Al'khazar, priced about 15,000 minas at max, I'm not the richest of fellows, therefore, however, I have the money up to 15k upfront (with my friend)

I shall also consider buying a shop, as long as it has living space within it as well, I wouldn't mind setting up a business with my friend)).
