Selling me home

I find myself away from how more often that me actually bein' there so I decided to sell me home. It comes with locked chests, doors, 'n furnaces. (I don't do the lockings, Amras does. The town is owned by him.)

It's 3 floors, all rooms pretty big. The attic is perfect fer storing things. The trapdoors will be removed asap. Comes with a lift system. I will sell the house in an auction style. The current bid if 400 minas. I'll give it four days, till the 31st. You can bid here, or on a sign in-front of my house.

The town is across a body of water from Silverside, near Kal'urguan, and basically right next to Kal'Rog. It's as big as the screenshots show, three stories. (Hidden, smalllll basement below a center wooden block.)
