 THE CONTRACT 

 

 

I. Purpose

Let it be known that the Paradisian Guild and the Grand Kingdom of Urguan have entered into good faith and mutual cooperation. The Guild shall establish a hall and base of operations within dwarven lands to coordinate missions, provide employment to any sanctioned military order, and contribute to the security and prosperity of the region.

II. Terms of Cooperation

1. The Paradisian Guild may offer paid contracts to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan’s Legion, and levied people, allowing them to take part in sanctioned expeditions, escort duties, and defensive missions within the lands of Urguan.
2. The Guild shall ensure fair compensation for all services rendered, with payment reflecting the nature and danger of each task.
3. The Grand Kingdom of Urguan grants the Guild permission to operate and reside within its territory, so long as its members uphold Urguan law and conduct themselves with honor.
4. Both parties agree to act in good faith, with transparency and shared intent to strengthen order and stability across the Southern Mountain Valleys.
5. The Grand Kingdom of Urguan will aid the guild in establishing protected trade routes as per the Traders Protection Act established.

III. Duration

This accord shall remain valid until either party sees fit to amend or withdraw from its terms, provided due notice is given.
