A balland of Leafs

Beneath the boughs of silver trees we stood,
The moon our witness, pale and good.
A wanderer came from paths unknown,
And found in us a hearth, a home.

No blood we shared, yet oath we swore,
To guard, to love, forevermore.
The stars looked down, their light was kind,
And sealed our hearts, our fates entwined.

We stand as one, we fall as one,
By rising moon, by the dying sun.
Through war and woe, through love we mend,
My kindred souls—until the end.

Thy laughter once through leaves did ring,
Thy sorrow taught my heart to sing.
Through endless years, through night and flame,
Our bond endured, our hearts the same.

The winds shall tell of those who came,
And kept their oaths through grief and shame.
Through every storm, through every friend,
Our faith held fast—until the end.

The night will whisper of our names,
The wind will carry our Elven flames,
Through every loss, through every friend—
Our bond will never, ever bend.

From the Tree of life , to the root of the dead
Our family is now compigned
From every loss , to every gain
Our souls together , will never break

This balland was written from Cosimo Rodolfo Fransesco De La Maria's , a servant of House Montello after he witness a Family rite in Elven lands

The amber haired Mali'ame stands with the ballad in hand from their ame'llir, the roaming bard Cosimo Fansesco, within their gates once more. The poem was written finely on nice parchment, penned with an expert hand singing words that played a similar humming tune as the forests he described.

"Our own treasure indeed. Ahernan for this lovely poetry, and for showing your appreciation for our cihi!"

The ballad was subsequently pinned to the wall of the Iron Antler for visitors and locals to admire.
