The Magi has proven to be a disease among the people of the Imperium. Their ilk are known associates of Iblees and have been plotting the assassination of the Emperor for innumerable years. The rank of Primicerius and all Imperial Mage positions are hereby abolished.*

All Magi without a writ of approval explicitly from the Lord Marshal, Grand Knight, or the Emperor are hereby to be slain within Imperial Crownlands.
