The Rittersburg Business Association leaves one spoiled for choice, so long as they have the minas to allow for choosing…

Abundance has left our people needing housing closer to the work, and the docks beneath the bridge now have storage, homes, and an unparalleled fishery - all for you to see and explore! Come get the Catch of the day at the Vigo Brother’s Fishing Co. Be mindful though, as many foreigners wash up under the bridge, eying coinpurses as they huddle around their makeshift camp…

 

Worried about missing services lately? Well come on down and do your penance pronto, as we now house people at the fair Cathedral atop the Hill, and a rectory for those looking for work within the Church! Our fief is named after a cross after all; you will find piety aplenty here.

 

Come by and see for yourself on a day of merriment, with a market, live music, a speech from the City’s Mayor, services from the Church, with opportunities for businesses to network, ambitious folk to find jobs of repute and prestige, and shoppers to delight over treats and trinkets!

Hark, see the twybill be wielded, mighty keeps be drafted!

Find treasure within earth, fuel the hearth at dim-lit mines!

Pour a cup of wine or ale within finest brewery,

For pleasure or work, winter or summer, Petit Lorraine can accomodate every urge!

 

Outside the walls, guarding Gate o' Hadrian,

Our finest emperor, who unites all the realms.

Find thy fortune and impart thy legacy in Rittersburg history!

Where merchants become mayors, where beggars turn court minstrels!

 

Come now past vineyards large, past plains of amber grain.

Come now to newest district, our Petit Lorraine!

Sébastien made his way through the newly renovated suburb with a small smile set upon his features, his orange eyes sweeping over the completed construction, quietly noting that everything had been finished to standard. He nodded now and then as he walked.

As people began to filter into the street around him, moving into their homes, stocking stalls, raising signs, he slowed and finally came to a stop. He turned to watch as the once quiet stretch filled with motion and sound, the street coming alive, perhaps in quiet defiance of the forces pressing in around them.

 

Even in these times of darkness and uncertainty, he and his partners had secured a place that could kindle warmth, keep the spark alive, and give those who fought something worth fighting for.
