A Formal Introduction to the Noble House of Greye

"An awfully overambitious house with delusions of grandeur most inappropriate for those of their lowly station,"

Grumbled one Sir Rudolf upon coming across the missive. Biased against House Greye in that regard as ever.

"Though one with the talent required to succeed as well, if only they were wise enough to stick to Virtue."

Added he thereafter, pondering that matter. As much leading him to question.

"Surely, though, they will have learned their lesson? Namely that such things never bring about profit for long.."

His final thoughts on that matter drawn up from the back of his mind bit by bit after he'd finished reading it all.

"One can only hope they admit fault and never make the same mistakes again. They have a chance at genuine redemption now."

The missive then put down - and stored away somewhere.

"It'd be a shame if they'd throw it all away. No one likes oathbreakers, lechers, evildoers, the like. Nor should they."

He eventually came to conclude, content to leave the matter to the Lord above.

"Let's hope they understand these things now. Then there would be no more need for any to be wary of them."

He had at least, some claims he thought laughable aside, enjoyed the read the missive had offered him. And judged it mostly nice.

The new overlord of the Greyes, Maerîl of Rourke, notes their many enemies, and makes her lands ready to defend her family. And, likewise, advises them to take any mention of Vuiller out of their missives entirely.

Burin Zimrabar scans the missive his eyes seeing many many many words he does not know. He admires the Greye's coat of arms. "Coooool."

Johanna Barclay spied from the doorway, squinting at her uncle. The moment he looked away, he'd have found it ungracefully snatched off the desk.

"He says they're  ... bad ... and ... uh," she struggled, looking in dismay to Caius. "EEEEYUCK," Josie translated, instead, to the Horen prince. "Put them in the book."

Aviel Roy looked over the documentation regarding the House of Greye. Once his sight reached the bottom of the page, an unexpected laugh left him most abruptly upon reading the title of his former squire.

"Voice o' the Blood?" The Helfgott managed to intone between breathes. "If I had a mina fer e'ery damn title mentionin' blood, I'd 'ave two mina; which isn' much, but interestin' that it's 'appened twice." - "Hopefully 'e has more luck that the Lord of the Blood." The ginger chuckled to himself, tossing the missive into a nearby flame.
