AS THE NEWLY RISEN generation of youth within our Imperium comes into its own, the Celosian Court announces the opening of wardships beneath the guidance of our most dignified GOVERNESSES & LADIES-IN-WAITING of HER IMPERIAL HIGHNESS. Thus do we bid families of good standing from all spans of the Empire of Man to consider this honour, and present their children to the Court, where they may be fostered in education, refinement, & discipline.

Wards & Governors of the Celosian gathered for a lesson

 

O N   W A R D S H I P

THOSE ASPIRING TO WARDSHIP must be between the ages of five and eighteen, and shall, in their tenure, be instructed in a breadth of arts befitting their station. Among these are the courtesies of courtly etiquette, the study of our Imperium’s historical archives, basic literacy, and music. Beyond this, wards may find themselves guided in poise, rhetoric, conduct, and the virtues expected of those who keep company in noble circles. 

 

O N   G O V E R N I N G 

WITH THE HAILING OF THIS GENERATION, we likewise call upon those of wisdom and patience to take up the mantle of guidance itself. Any who would serve as governor or governess to these young minds are entreated to pen a letter of intent to the Lady Majordomo, Casilde de Senna, that they, too, wish to partake in the forming of our Empire’s future.

Valentiná of Asturias cast a warm grin towards her Majordomo as she released her first courtly missive. Whilst pouring the woman and herself a cup of peppermint tea, the Princess declared:

"Our future is a bright one."

The Duchess Constantina's glance shifted from the missive she was delivered, to her children. "Most of you seem old enough to finally earn a respectable education.." She murmured, preparing to pen a letter to the good Countess-Majordomo.
