GUIDE TO STORY TEAM TICKETS

 

This guide serves as an updated reference for new players getting into the server, some things i do personally when doing these requests depending on the type you’re making There are many different Story Team  Tickets that can be made, most people refer to them as “SREQs”, Whenever an SREQ is made through the in-game ticket system ST are notified in their respective channels in the Story Discord of these REQS. These tickets may sometimes be handled while you’re offline and once you log on there will be a message making you aware of such.

It is important to note that certain ST members are more equipped to handle certain SREQs. Some are, Some are fit to take requests pertaining Moz’Strimosa lore while others are more equipped to handle requests involving Seer lore. The speed at which your request is taken can be influenced by this and their availability, some requests can take a couple minutes while others take even weeks- rarely months.

Types of SREQs

• Signatures: These tickets are opened for when you are utilizing lore that requires an ST Signature or sign in their redlines.
  - Lore Materials: Material Compendium lists off the items that would require ST signatures and those that would not
  - Lore Items: These are items while not Lore Materials are ones in lore that require special signatures, I.E; Naztherak Grimoirres, Necromancy Memento Mori, Certain alchemy potions etc..
   
• Lore Structures: A lore structure is a build, Some of these are seen in event sites that may have an interaction clause to contact the ST’s name on it, I.E: Vampire alters, Invocation Circles etc. Players utilizing magic lore may create their own Lore Structures and ask an ST to sign it, I.E: Seer Alters, Naztherak Cisterns, etc. (Any lore that says it can be placed within the world will usually fall under this category)
   
• Region Messages: These are whenever a lore piece allows you to alter a region's environment, whether it be a curse or blessing. This is placed in its own special category due to the complexity for ST Members handling this request.
  - Biome Alterations: Upon switching to Azuras in late 2025 early 2026 we were introduced to the ability to alter biomes to our liking when it comes to these special messages, atmospheric changes as well as block color alterations can be requested. (These may also be handled by builders)

 

• Applications: These tickets are made whenever lore requires the process of and an ST to approve of application changes:
  - Updates: Applications that require an ST to confirm updates in the comments, I.E: Inferis Evolution, Soft-PK in the form of a “Denial”, Magic Progression etc.

 

• ST Oversight: When a lore piece requires an ST member to oversee the ritual live, Then you must contact an ST member in the Story Discord who will be able to oversee your roleplay. 
  - Rituals: These tickets are done mainly for rituals, these can range from Bloodmagic, Necromancy etc.

How to do an SREQ 

 

When making a ticket to request LT signatures there is a specific format to do them, first a Google Document must be made with the relevant information, An example of a ticket being processed goes like this.

 

For requests pertaining items you will need a chest titled “ST Chest” and always remember to lock it using the /cpassword [password], Get the coordinates to this chest and include it within the request, it is also important to link the lore you’re using and your own MA/CA/FA as seen below as some require a mix of even married lore pieces.

Once your document is finished you will move on to making the request in game, one thing to make sure of is to change the viewing of your doc to anyone with the link.

Once the ticket is made it will give you a message like this:

 

To check this progress of your ticket you can run the /check command to see if someone has taken your ticket.

 

To cancel the ticket you can hover over it and click

 

When your SREQ is complete the item will look like this.

For Region Messages you can run the /rg info command to see what region you are standing in, the one in front is the one you are standing on

Click the region in front and you will get this:

 

If you are within a player owned region (Lairs, Settlement, Nation etc.) You will get a list of the players who have access to this region, some rituals may require RO or PRO permissions and this is also how you get that information.

 

The “Bounds” are the coords for the region's extent

You take these coords and you place them in your document along with the region's name, on top of your current document format replace or add the following highlighted.

(Depending on the length of the region message it may require an Admin to step in, causing the ticket to take longer.)

 

If you wish for a RG biome change an ST builder will contact you about these changes you want, this can go from atmosphere changes, block alterations etc.

The process for Application Update is very similar, the different is the addition of your MA/FA/CA being linked into the format, I.E:

For ST Oversight you can create a ticket through the in-game system or through the discord requesting an ST member who might be available to schedule a time to oversee your rite, websites like When2Meet see frequent usage among players and this will be a useful tool when performing these types of requests, something along the lines of 

 

/sreq Hello! I want to do some RP that requires ST Oversight, are there any members able to schedule with me?\
