MECHANIKAS SECURITY ACT

With the authority vested and discussion made pre writing of the following test, Domina Aeterna, let this Security Act 285 of the Second Age (S.A.) be declared lawful and enforced throughout Mechanikas.

Mechanikas, a city forged by the diligent precision of gears, hymn, and flame, stands unique in its union of will, craft, and sacred rhythm. Within its hallowed depths the Iron Choir echoes as brass and soul united — guardians who march as one heartbeat against disorder and lawlessness, and uphold the Statutes of Mechanikas with unwavering resolve.

Security Act 285 S.A. is enacted to:

• Ensure public safety and order within Mechanikas
• Protect civic infrastructure, workshops, forges, and sacred chambers
• Empower lawful agents to respond to threats of sabotage, unrest, or insurgent activity
• Safeguard the rituals and hymns that bind Mechanikas in harmony

✦ ARTICLE II — AUTHORITY ✦

Under this Act, the following authorities are recognized:

1. The Iron Choir — as sacred enforcers of civic law and ceremonial defense, commissioned to protect Mechanikas from internal and external threats
2. Authorized Agents of the Servitory Council — empowered to act within the bounds of this Act.

These officers may enforce security measures, respond to violations, and maintain the peace in accordance with lawful protocol and restraint.

✦ ARTICLE III — DUTIES & PROTOCOLS ✦

All officers acting under this Act shall:

• Maintain official journals and recordings of all duties performed
• Coordinate with the Treasury when security incidents involve civic funds, assets, or resources

✦ ARTICLE IV — PROHIBITED ACTS ✦

The following acts constitute violations under this Security Act:

• Sabotage of industrial facilities, clockworks, or animatii conduits
• Unlawful violence, rioting, or insurrection within Mechanics districts
• Interference with Iron Choir operations or lawful civic enforcement
• Attempted theft, tampering, or corruption of Mechanikas civic ledgers

✦ ARTICLE V — ENFORCEMENT & SANCTIONS ✦

Upon authorization:

• Detainment and prosecution may proceed for offenders in accordance with Mechanikas Statutes
• Confiscation of illicit devices, contraband, or sabotaged apparatus may be executed
• Refusal to comply with lawful officers will incur penalties, fines, or forced conscription into civic restoration duties — as determined by the Councill
