Dwarven Guild Of Smiths

MC Name: MuffinSpankz

RP Name: Alexander

What is your smithing skill: 35

What is your skill in either axe or sword: Hes level one, in both. But respectively he has no time for such things.

Reason For Joining/Bio) Alexander, just a small dwarf, in a big world looking for purpose. From since he could remember, he always aspired to become a renowned blacksmith, and is a all round dedicated craftsmen. This guild, for him, will be a great learning exercise in becoming what he truly wants to achieve. While also, maybe making a few friends on the way.

What Will You Add to the Guild: Alexander works hard, and without question. Hes friendly and always enjoys a good ale. He aims to achieve a lot through blacksmithing so I think he will make a worthy contribution towards the guild and its members.

((Thrym, can I suggest we have a writing competition to describe the weapons and armor we forge? Would add to rp. For example

A single strand of green-tinted platinum, comprised of tightly entwined platinum wires, curves gently into a circle, continuing on to loop thrice around the wearer's finger to form a delicate ring. The end of the platinum strand rises up slightly from the top of the ring, the wires splitting into four leaf-shaped sections, from which a glorious sapphire orchid blossoms. The rich cobalt hue of the exquisite sapphire evidences its unparalleled quality, lovingly carved into the shape of a beautiful orchid that glimmers softly in the light. Upon careful inspection, the polished platinum appears to be the leaves and stem of the orchid, wrapped around the finger to create a ring and tinted variegated shades of green for realism. In the right light, the orchid seems almost real, winding around the wearer's finger and displaying its cobalt petals in full bloom.

I know this is from a ring, but we could do the same for swords and axes as well? You could hold a "blacksmithing competition where you judge the members rp))

I have decided to apply to become a forgeman

--------------------------------------------

Current Rank: - Blacksmith

What Makes you worthy to be a Forgeman?: - As long as I have been in the smithing guild, I have been dedicated to it. I have help Thrym with all tasks requested of me

What Previous Roles of leadership have you had?: - None, however all leaders must start somewhere at somepoint

Why do you want to be a Forgeman? (IC reason): - For all my life, I've wanted to server the Dwarves and help them obtain further glory throughout Aegis. I join the smithing guild to forge weapons and armor to better protect the mortal races of Aegis from the forces that threaten to destroy them. However with the recent events that have been unfolding in Aegis, I feel that I have been failing my duty to protect Aegis. I somewhat blame this on the resources currently at my disposal. I do not think I currently have the resources to protect Aegis to the fullest extent of my abilities. I wish to become a Forgemen so that I will have better resources to protect Aegis. As forgement, I will research to find more efficient ways to produce weapons and armor. I will also experiment to find ways to make our weapons more effective at destroying the Undead foe that confronts us

Will you be active?: - Yes, I have been active thus far, and shall continue to be

-------------------------------------------

As a forgeman, will I get a FORGE on the second floor?
