Sky Road/White Road restoration project

upon first hearing of this highway I thought of how pure and protected I would be taking it. Recently my work required me to travel on it and I must say it has become weathered and dangerous. Snow covers the cobble causing an iced coat that would kill an old man when walking it, It needs to be shoveled. Next Item of more importance is the lighting. Glowstone lanterns are missing and some sections of the road don't even have torches as temporary holding places enabling demons to lurk in the darkness to ambush passing travelers such as myself, luckily my father taught me well as a hunter. He also taught me the ways of manual labor. I am no architect builder but I can certainly patch and repair any structure. I lack the materials but i have the tools and eagerly wish to partake in this venture.

The road and towers itself are deconstructing and i can work on that as well. Any help is welcomed but what I need most of all is to know who I need to contact to complete this task. I don't expect a large pay and don't even know what nation would pay me since the cost of repair itself is a sum to behold.
