hello, i lost my home near the city. i have no permisson to build there. its the smale island near the great road. with four buildings. its a small town i was building with a friend. can i please have permission to build there again? and lift the protection frome my house (my friend del'gar did lock my doors and chests)

((I haven't been on LoTC in a while(around 2 weeks), been busy with school stuff. I recently found out that my house was actually put up for sale after this event, as I wasn't there to claim it. I suppose there is no way to reclaim it now, that it is up for sale...? I guess it would be hard to prove that it was mine. :( ))
