Also if they wish to change somting exterior they can ask the council member aslong it is not somthing to big or somthing that will make the house stand out to much.

The thing is to many people messed with the houses made them look odd, Teared out the floors and walls expanded them basically messed with everything. What you do in your house is your buisness. No one ever edited the outside of their outter kalurguan home because we went around and changed it back for the couple of people who didn't follow the rules. I want access to the outside of my house so I can change your ugly signs and get them off my property.
