I am here welcoming any offers of sale to me that will be the purchasing of a town/settlement.

I have a rather good amount of money or you could say that and I would like to spend it on a town/settlement, that will hopefully be a good investment for me and will also help you.

Requirements:

1. Must be permissioned

2. Must not be a Orc settlement. Because Im a Halfling. If you have on for sale we could arrange a offer.

Galahar is not for sell Sorry. As for Serpent ridge I believe that is not either. ( I am the caretaker for serpent ridge when needed ). Although, If you would like to become part of Oren that might be possible.

Indeed, All members of the town will stay as they were previously unless great troubles are dealt to there current status.

When/If I do town the people will not be affected in a dramatic manor which would destroy it.

I wouldnt count on a king getting your city regioned....Lunavara has waited over a month and a half to be regioned and was told by 2 kings, a queen and a senschal it would be done.....and we were just majorly griefed the other day.

Also with 28-33.5k you couldnt even buy a mansion in Alras, and barely even buy a house in Al;Khazaar, that is definitely not enough to buy a town, but a good amount to start building one. If you need assistance call on the Lunavara Workers guild, to help with building or landscaping they do eveything that no one else wants to do.

Whaaat? Is Oren cool with the King having personal financial interest in certain towns? Confict of interest?
