is their a rule against roleplaying specific mystical animals that arent in LOTC because it isnt in the lore to not play them and its not in the lore to play them

Uhm, it usually is met with a lot of resentment from a certain fraction of the playerbase, but strictly speaking there's no rule against playing any sort of mystical creature. There's been half-dragons, golems and pseudo-vampires running around the world.

You need a villain app(for the disease, stickymahem is right). And no, you cant rp as mystical beings that dont exist.

I think I once saw an application for certain stuff other then Villains, like to get approved as lore and such. Though a villain app will help you doing funner stuff as a werewolf.

Warewolves are not part of the lore nor has there been any mention of one. You cannot RP as one. However you can pretend to think you turn into a wolf or something, perhaps a magicians curse? Or a backfired spell. You need to be able to RP VERY well as well to have anything to do with things like this. Also you will need a villain app for some of the things you would do in this altered 'state'.

so if i was perhaps cursed and perhaps forced into thinking i were one and bred with one would that make the offspring half and half ??

Mario your not listening. There is NO werewolves, so you cannot think you are one and then breed with a werewolf, because they don't exist. You can think your a werewolf, but will need villain app #5 for psychopathy, and that is really hard to get. Furthermore you need to get direct gm permission.
