Idea for a race or subrace

Hey guys. In my single player i make mushroom cities and i thought why not make one in lord f the craft.

My friend says that it cost money. If so how much?

Players cannot buy the ability to create a subrace but this has definitly been thought of as an elven subrace ( perhaps in the new continent! )
