Do You want to purchase a house in Kal'Urguan?

But don't you know what to do for it...

Well I will explain it here!

First of all, if you are purchasing a house,

You first need to read All The Rules!

If you will not read them, you don't know what you can or what you can't do with your House.

Kal'Urguan Outer Housin' District:

- You cannot build a basement in your house.

- You cannot make any profit in any sort of way of your house.

- That Includes farms built inside your house, if they are found, they are removed.

- You can change your house a bit, but if you go overboard with your changes you will get a fine or be evicted.

- We will check for activity so often, if you do not remove that activity sign in a certain amount of time, you will be evicted.

Kal'Urguan Commoner Housin'

- Houses are tax free. You only need to remove an 'Break for Activity' sign every thursday

- If you do not remove the 'Break for Activity' sign, you will be evicted after a certain amount of time!

- Notice: You shouldn't stay in the Commoner Housin' too long, it is to get you started.

- You are not allowed to expand your house, change the roof, floor or walls, or have a farm.
