So it seems we have finally arrived in the city of Al' Khazar, and we realize how beautiful this city is. Me and my brother headed back to our home town to find that our father had moved away, hoping he will come back to Whisper Isles to show him what success we've made ourselves. But in order to do that, we must have a place of residence. My point is I Veneficus Galsom, and my brother, Veloces Galsom would like to rent some sort of housing unit. Name your rate, but no pricing that is too out of control. You will be payed monthly, and if not paid, you may banish us from your residence. This place of residence may be anywhere in the Kingdom of Oren, preferably Whisper Isles or Al' Khazar. We would be greatly appreciative if you were to reply to this, as we our currently wandering the streets. We need a home, we came to this vast city to get one, and that is our first step to eternal bliss and success. Thank you for your time, and please reply if you are willing to put up a residence for sale.

It is one floor and a basement both of which are about 8x8

It is a good size and about as cheap as homes get in the area.

As well it is tons of room for two people.

Hosper keeps his prices low. And I am sure you can just kill a few pigmen in the are and hopefully find a few minas on there bodies. Then just pay him for a weeks rent((real life)). Heck I will even give ye an iron sword if you need one. Anything to help the poor out.

Depends on the profession you wish to persue. Guards get payed for services. Assassins and certain agent contracts also give a salary. However being a member of the white ravens Mina's becomes irrelevant as everything you desire is provided to you. He only things you would ever have to buy is diamond and gold armor.
